Skiing and Snowboarding:

Copper Mountain Ski Resort is located in Summit County and offers all different types of terrain from one of the country’s best terrain parks including Woodward Park to over 2,400 acres of groomed trails, bowls and steeps for skiers and riders of all ability levels. Copper Mountain is also a great place for families to ski where kids under the age of six ski for free!

Snowmobile Tours:

Discover the Colorado backcountry with snowmobile tours at Copper Mountain.  See breathtaking views of the Continental Divide and some of Colorado’s tallest mountains. There is no better way to explore fresh powder than on a snowmobile. This is a true Colorado adventure for you and the whole family. There are different type snowmobile trips you can take with guides depending on ability levels. If you are comfortable on a snowmobile, rentals at Copper Mountain are also available.

Snowshoeing:

Copper Mountain provides miles of groom trails for snowshoeing at Copper. Snowshoeing is a great activity for the whole family. Don’t worry if you have never tried it before. Once you start exploring the trails you will love being out in the open-air seeing mountain views. The Resort also offers free snowshoe tours to get you more comfortable and ambassadors provide fun facts about the area.

Cross-Country Skiing

Not looking to hit the slopes on the mountain? Cross-Country skiing at Copper Mountain is a great alternative to still get skis under your feet. The Resort offers miles of trails to explore and also provides access to the White River National Forest. Get out there and explore!
